Tofu Sour Cream


  • 1 16 oz block Organic Soft San Diego Soy Diary Tofu, drained
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons organic unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


  • Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend on high until smooth and glossy. Chill before serving.
