Marinated Tofu Veggie Kebobs


  • 1 16 oz. block Organic Firm or Herbal San Diego Soy Dairy Tofu
  • Assorted Veggies: onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, squash
  • 1 bottle marinade
  • bamboo skewers


  • Cut the tofu into 1 1/2 inch cubes, slice the onions, bell peppers and squash into 1-1/2 pieces.
  • Alternate the tofu and veggies placing them on a skewer, place the skewers in a shallow baking dish and cover with marinade. Let sit for 20-40 minutes then cook on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes each side.
