Green Goddess Dip & Dressing


  • 1 16 oz. block Organic Soft San Diego Soy Dairy Tofu
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  • Place the tofu, vinegar, oil, water and lime juice in the jar of a blender and blend on high until smooth. Reduce the blender speed to low and add the basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until the basil is incorporated evenly into the dressing. Gradually add additional water to reach a desired consistency for dressing. Adjust seasonings to taste.
