Creamy Pesto Dip


  • 1/2 block (8oz.) Soft Organic San Diego Soy Dairy Tofu
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts, pecans, or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup fresh basil, lightly packed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
  • ¾ teaspoon salt or 1 tablespoon light miso


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with a sliced baguette or crackers.
