Basic Creamy Herb Dip & Dressing


  • 1 pound Organic Soft San Diego Soy Dairy Tofu
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons salt-free herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


  • Place the tofu, oil, lemon juice, and unsweetened non-dairy milk in the jar of a blender and blend on high until smooth and glossy.
  • Reduce the speed to low and add the garlic, onion powder, herb seasoning, salt and pepper, blend until combined.
  • Gradually add up to 1/2 cup more unsweetened non-diary milk to reach a desired consistency for salad dressing.
