We are very excited that local food guru Su-Mei Yu has chosen San Diego Soy Dairy to be a part of her new KPBS television series, "Savor San Diego." This new series, hosted by the chef-owner of the iconic restaurant "Saffron" in Mission Hills, showcases local San Diego food producers. It includes interviews, "how it's made", and stories, and concludes with a cooking demonstration of one of Su Mei's dishes that people can try at home. It is a great honor for us to be included in the the very first episode of a show that comes from the very heart of cooking with integrity, fun, and passion.
